Job title: Receptionist/Front-Desk Manager

It all starts with you! You're the first point of contact for our clients, vendors and associate in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment. For you, organization, flexibility, multi-tasking, professionalism and dedication aren't options...they come standard. Your proactive approach and attention to detail allow you to juggle a multi-line phone system and provide general office support. To do so, you must be Internet savvy and proficient in MS Office programs including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Job title: Account Executive

This position is reserved for those with enthusiasm, skill and a passion for placements. On any given day you're a writer, an editor, a salesman, a spokesperson and a customer service manager. You are keenly aware that the news waits for no one...and that tomorrow is often too late. We are looking for both industry experts and generalists. Do you have experience writing new business proposals? Have you developed strong media contacts in a specific industry such as health care, finance, transportation or another industry? Or has your career thus far allowed you to develop media contacts in a broad array of outlets? Our team consists of effective communicators who are innovative thinkers with strong writing and solid media relations skills and the ability to lead and implement PR campaigns for B2B clients. You must be both a self-starter and a team player to thrive in this fast-paced environment. What can you achieve for our clients?

Job title: Associate Acount Executive

Entry-level and recent college grads...this one's for you! Perhaps you did an internship in college or have acquired some experience but not enough to jump into an AE position. Nevertheless, you're smart, a hard worker, excited about learning more and want someplace you can grow. Good news!...if you have skills to go along with that can-do attitude, we may have a place for you on our team. So how about those skills? You must have good writing and communication skills, be proficient in all the usual Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Does this sound like you? Successful candidates can expect to become an integral part of a small, but high-powered communications team and will have the opportunity to work with senior management on business-to-business clients in a variety of industries.

Job title: Graphic/Production Designer

To say you are creative isn't enough. A keen eye for detail, ability to work with large amounts of copy and excellent proficiency in Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat are essential. Keeping track of projects, specs and edits are just part of the job. Strong layout and pre-press skills are also required. As part of our design team, you'll work on multiple projects for business-to-business clients including ads, billboards, brochures, posters, web sites and direct mail (sorry, no CD covers). Along with your resume, please send a pdf containing some samples of your work.

Job title: Intern

Don't let the job title fool you, our interns do important work on real client projects. We have intern positions available throughout the year for college students or recent graduates interested in public relations, advertising and graphic design. Schedules are flexible...but you must be able to work at least two to three days per week. And just in case you're wondering (and we know you are...) internships are paid.
