Wasserman is New Addition to The Marcus Group, Inc.

LITTLE FALLS, NJ – The Marcus Group, Inc. (www.marcusgroup.com) announced

that Springfield resident, Scott Wasserman, has joined the firm as an account executive in

its public relations division.

Scott comes to The Marcus Group with more than five years of experience in

public relations and public affairs. A 2005 graduate of Rutgers University with a

bachelor’s degree in communication, Scott has provided public relations support and

government relations consulting to a wide range of industrial companies, including

Gerdau Ameristeel, Vulcan Materials and Foster Wheeler, as well as to utilities, such as

Jersey Central Power & Light and Elizabethtown Gas, among others.

As a born-and-bred resident of New Jersey, Scott’s knowledge of the local media,

as well as key players in the New Jersey political scene, has proved invaluable in working

to manage relationships between clients, government officials and the media.

At The Marcus Group, Scott’s primary responsibility will be working with clients

in the financial, environmental and health care sectors. He looks forward to applying his

media and government relations expertise to expanding the profile of these and other

companies in an environment with increased governmental scrutiny over financial, health
